Lindsay is a dedicated dental hygienist with over 21 years of experience providing high-quality preventive and therapeutic oral healthcare. Throughout her career, she has delivered compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting long-term oral health through education and prevention. Outside of the office, Lindsay loves to travel, read the latest best seller and enjoys watching movies.
Melissa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa has been in the dental field for 10 years, and we are honored to have her on our team. She loves getting to know her patients, where they are from, what’s going on in their lives, and connecting as neighbors. An Arizona native herself, she likes making personal connections with patients who have lived in Queen Creek for a while and learning the history of the town. She has a wealth of knowledge about current at-home dental products and likes to give tips and recommendations for things that might be more enjoyable and effective than what a patient is currently using. She looks forward to seeing patients at follow-up visits and learning that their oral health has improved due to her recommendations.
Outside of the office, Melissa is a busy mom of three kids. She is always running to after school sports, church activities, and playing with cousins. She enjoys indoor and outdoor exercise (Pilates, weight training, running, group fitness, paddle boarding, hiking, pickleball, all of it!) Melissa is also a part-time aesthetician specializing in eyelash extensions and facials.
Lindsay D.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lindsay brings nearly 20 years of experience in the dental field to our team. She loves building relationships with her patients and creating a safe, comfortable space for them to receive the care they need. Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her three kids. As a family, they love baking, camping, kayaking, watching scary movies, and going on road trips.
Connie
Lead Dental Assistant
As our Lead Dental Assistant, Connie not only helps Dr. Pardazi with direct patient care, but also provides oversight in all areas of the back office and the patient experience. She has been in the dental field since 2017, and we are honored to have her on our team. Connie grew up in Southern California and spent five years in Northeast Texas prior to moving to Arizona in 2019. She has enjoyed the experience of living in different areas and all that it has taught her.
Connie truly enjoys helping people, and she is able to do that in her role at Desert Creek Dental. It’s important to Connie that people have a good experience in our office and feel confident in the treatment they are receiving, so she goes the extra mile to be attentive to our patients’ needs.
After work, Connie likes to go to the gym, take her two dogs to the park, and cook dinners. On the weekends she likes to read, hike and travel to visit family. She and her husband spend a lot of time on home renovations as well.
Bri
Treatment Coordinator
As our Treatment Coordinator, Bri not only helps patients understand their dental needs, but is the face of Desert Creek Dental. She greets patients with a smile and loves creating a positive experience for everyone. Bri started her career in the dental field in 2013 and was a dental assistant for 9 years before her transition to front office. We feel lucky to have her experience and knowledge to help lead our team.
Bri was born in Oceanside, California, and moved to Mesa, Arizona, where she graduated from Mesa High School in 2010. While she is a spectacular plant mom, she is also a dedicated mom to her two sweet little boys. Outside of work, you can find her relaxing at home with her friends and family, shopping at Target, and watching scary movies.
Amanda
Insurance Coordinator
With 25 years in the dental field, Amanda is a pro at helping patients navigate their insurance and get the most out of their benefits. She is a true patient advocate and excels at facilitating clear and effective communication between patients and their insurance providers.
Originally from Iowa, Amanda moved to Arizona in 1998. When she’s not working, she loves checking out new restaurants with friends and family, hanging out with her two kids, gardening, and tackling home projects. Amanda also enjoys staying active with workouts, pickleball, hiking, and taking long walks with her dog, Wally.
Angela
Practice Administrator
Angela studied molecular biosciences & biotechnology at Arizona State University before going on to earn her Master’s of Public Health from A.T. Still University. Angela got into the dental field in 2016 when she joined Desert Creek Dental.
Angela really likes the opportunity to make a good first impression. She hopes that our patients come in and sense that there is something special about our office. She understands that many patients have dental anxiety, and she loves how our office has helped so many patients overcome their fears.
An Arizona native, Angela is an artist who loves to paint and draw. She regularly takes classes at Scottsdale Artists School, and one of her goals is to have a show at a local venue.
